Program details
The Cosmonautics Museum is one of the largest science and technology museums in the world. The exposition of the museum shows historical events in the history of astronautics, its milestone achievements: the launch of the first artificial Earth satellite; flight of the first man into space; the first manned spacewalk; lunar exploration program; exploration of the planets of the solar system; international space exploration.
The program of our tour includes the acquaintance with the unique exhibits of the Museum of Cosmonautics. Your guide will tell you an interesting stories about the galaxies and nebulae, the construction of the launch vehicles, the preparation of astronauts for flight and their life in a state of weightlessness. Here you will see the real equipment , that has been in space, life-size mock-ups of space stations and ships. You will also visit the compartments of the Mir space station, where you will see the conditions in which cosmonauts work at the Earth orbit, and feel like an astronaut performing work in open space. Tubes with "space" food and a collection of meteorites that you can touch with your hands are also of great interest to the visitors.
