We’ll continue the discovery of Moscow with a visit to one of its most popular and romantic streets – the old Arbst. It is said, that Arbat is keeping the spirit of old Moscow.

Day 3:

Your next day in Moscow is devoted to the symbol of Russian Power – the great old Moscow Kremlin – home for the tsars and presidents. Everything is breathing with history here – the cathedrals, churches and medieval buildings. The precious exhibition of Armory Chamber will show the richness of Russian Monarchs and their exquisite taste. One more great collection is waiting for you at the next stop after the Kremlin – the world-renowned Russian painters with their best works are presented in the Tretyakov Gallery. Such fantastic masters as Surikov, Shishkin, Repin, Vasnetsov, Ayvazovskiy and Serov are demonstrated here.

Day 4:

Two places, that you will visit today were once the farest suburbs of Moscow. Nowadays, they are just parks, and, as Muscovites say – not so far from the city center. We will start with Kolomenskoe Estate. It is proven, that human settlements appeared here more than a thousand years ago. At some moment, the Russian tsars became the owners of this land, and because of them, you are now able to see some beautiful old architectural gems on the territory of this picturesque park. The Wooden Palace of Alexey Mikhailovich Romanov, located here, can tell you a lot about the life and habits of the tsars. Another estate that you will visit is the Tsaritsino. The palace and structures here are designed in a unique mix of gothic and old Russian styles. It is an interesting and highly impressive place.

Day 5:

There are about 1000 monasteries in Russia. But only two of them bear the honorary title of laurel (or Lavra). Only large, most significant monasteries that have played a significant role in history can be called this way. In our country, this status has the Alexander Nevsky Lavra of St. Petersburg and the famous Trinity-Sergiev Lavra - near Moscow, in the city of Sergiev Posad. We invite you to go on a fascinating journey through the pearl of the Golden Ring - Sergiev Posad and its environs. In this ancient city, there are hundreds of preserved monuments of architecture and history, dozens of temples, museums and other unique attractions. Trinity-Sergiev Lavra is an architectural complex that is included into the UNESCO World Heritage Sites List. The monastery, located in the very center of Sergiev Posad, on the banks of the Konchura River, was built around 1340. At different points in history, the laurel was a real support of the people and the authorities, and also played an important role in the socio-political life of the country. On the walking tour along the Trinity-Sergius Lavra, you will see a huge number of ancient icons, very old monuments and unique artifacts; active cathedrals and well-preserved ancient buildings.
